FAQ

Travel Teams - Tryouts and Registration

When are tryouts?

Tryouts are held multiple times through out the year. Mainly before the Spring season in February for spring and summer teams, and in August for our fall teams. Please note that being accepted to a team for one season does not guarantee you a spot for each season after.

What is the tryout fee? Is it different from the registration fee?

The tryout fee is $50. This is different from the registration fee which is due at the time of accepting a spot on a roster

How will I know if I make the team?
We will send an invite if your child makes the team on the first Wednesday after all tryouts have been completed for the coming season.

What happens if I miss tryouts?
We will do our best to accommodate a supplemental tryout. Please email us for what opportunities are available for your age group.

How much is the team fee?
The team fee varies by team. This fee will be discussed before tryouts take place with all families.

What if I play a fall sport, or have to miss practices/tournaments?
We use TeamSnap to track attendance for all of our events including practices and tournaments. Please mark down in TeamSnap which events you can attend. If you are going to miss a significant amount of practice, or miss a tournament, please contact us.

What is included in the team fee?
Field rentals
Coaching fees
League fees
Tournament fees

When and where are practices?
Practices vary based on time of year and team. Click here to view our field locations page.

When are the tournaments?
Summer tournament schedules are released in Feb/March for the coming season. Hotel booking options will be sent out by the club to allow for adequate planning.

What is TeamSnap?
Teamsnap is the phone app our club utilizes to communicate with families. You will be sent an invite to get your team schedule, coach communication and more.
